Very good. Nothing.
The place is clean, the staff are very friendly, it’s close to the hot springs, and the breakfast was tasty.
“Camino a las Termas de Santa Rosa”
Stayed a couple nights in the Suite, bed was super comfy and there was plenty of space to stash everything. The pool and outdoor spots were perfect for sun, a dip, or a quiet dinner. The only hiccup was having to drive up and wrestle with the tight parking and security gates—makes getting in and out a bit of a hassle.
I was warmly welcomed at Hotel Casa Confort, where the staff offered a delightful cup of coffee that made me feel right at home; the place feels cozy and I really enjoyed my stay, thanks for the lovely service!
They handed us a room that was a step down from what we’d booked, no explanation at all. When we asked, they said the better room was taken, cost more, and blamed a booking mistake. The only fix they offered was to go to a nearby “hotel” that was pretty underwhelming.
