“Hermosa Estadía Hotel Cordillera”

The hotel’s elegance is very good, and having an elevator makes it great; the floor rugs and ambience are also nice. Inti’s service upon arrival was supreme, waiting for us as we entered the vehicle in the back yard and helping us into our room. Breakfast is super complete and overall service is very, very good. There are two parking spots, one covered and one monitored with cameras. The cable TV no longer works at this time, so they should consider adding a Smart TV option to choose what to watch. Also, the rooms are lovely, but the lack of a small fridge to store a water bottle makes the price‑quality ratio suboptimal. Aside from those two points, everything is impeccable.

“Finde de nieve y relax”

What I liked most was definitely the location, the dinner options, and the very friendly staff. The room had limited storage, which is an issue because ski clothes take up a lot of space; there was only one compartment in front of the bathroom with three hangers that we requested. This forced us to keep the clothes in the suitcase, and for me—who considers aesthetics important—the room looked a bit messy and less pretty.

The hotel was spotless, comfortable, had very good heating, and the staff were more than kind. As a suggestion, the breakfast coffee could be improved; it was very bad.

“Hotel ótimo e bem localizado”

The hotel sits right on the main street, with covered parking and friendly staff, plus a great in‑house restaurant. However, some areas still have carpet and the bathrooms need updating and renovation.
