How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
A great spot with an excellent location right next to Cieplice Park and very friendly staff, yet the city parking costs extra, there’s no dedicated guest parking, the balcony view is blocked by a construction site, the children’s playground is in poor condition and the pool only opens at 16:00.

The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection, but the jacuzzi by the pool was not working.

We loved the buffet breakfast and the helpful team, and the beautiful spa park right in front of the hotel with the baths just a short walk away. The only downside was that from Sunday to Thursday nobody emptied the overflowing trash bin in our room, though otherwise we were very satisfied.

Fantastic location and all the conveniences, superb value for the price – I recommend it! The only drawback is the lack of free parking.
