The mattress was comfortable. There were no negatives.

The design was nice, services were good and everything was clean. However, the towel, blanket, pillow cover and bed sheet – every fabric that touched us – felt very old, thin, scratched and not properly cleaned.

The was a good size, bed comfortable, tv and Internet good. Staff friendly and helpful. No view from balcony due to folage completely obstructing view from balcony. Only 1 person could sit on balcony. Breakfast was cold and very poor selection for western taste. Although safety deposit box was listed in room description. On arrival none was available, eventually the staff supplied one

“Für eine Nacht war es okay”

The staff were friendly and there was a lift, which was a plus. Unfortunately, the breakfast wasn't really to our taste, and there was no safe in the room or any storage space.
