We liked how the front desk folks were always ready to help and the rooms felt clean and comfy, plus the breakfast was decent and the free shuttle to Universal Studios was a nice perk. All in all, a pleasant stay without any real complaints.

The hotel sits in a handy spot for Universal Studios and a huge mall is just a short drive away; our large room with a separate bath and shower fit our family perfectly. The two ladies at check‑in were super helpful, and the kids went crazy for the Coco Pops cereal at breakfast – something we hadn’t seen at any other hotel in China lately. Would definitely stay again.

This place feels cozy and surprisingly comfortable, offering everything we needed in one spot – a decent food court, a mini‑market, and a solid breakfast spread. The complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios saved us both time and money, the rooms were spotless, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. No complaints at all.
