How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location is a bit outside the hustle in Sapa, which makes it wonderfully pleasant. There’s a fantastic roof terrace offering a dreamlike view of the mountains, and the breakfast is freshly prepared. The luggage storage was excellent, and we were offered a shower before leaving in the evening. The only downside was that our room was inside the building and only had a window to the hallway, but the roof terrace view made it less of an issue.

Breakfast was delicious and the spot is convenient, close to the centre. The staff were amazing and helpful, and we could check in after midnight without any hassle. The building and rooms are pretty old, so they didn’t feel as nice as I’d hoped, and there was no real view of Cat Cat from my room. There was a lot of construction around.

The location is great and the food is good. The staff were super lovely, friendly, and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We checked in very late at night and they ensured someone was there to greet us and show us to our room.
