I slept well, the room was cozy, and dogs were allowed. I had trouble locating the room after check‑in.

It was absolutely sufficient even for a few nights (especially for a single layover, like in my case). I definitely recommend asking for a room with a view of Belgrader Str. (i.e., from the entrance side) because the heavy traffic on Straubinger Str. (especially in the morning) creates significant noise, and opening the window with sound‑proof glass practically prevents a peaceful sleep.

The parking lot right outside the accommodation was spacious, and there were stairs directly to the self‑check‑in machine. Inside, the air was pleasant when the outside temperatures were high. I was surprised that there was no shared kitchen or fridge at all, which I would have appreciated. The carpet in the room seemed to have seen a lot, and overall the room’s facilities were older, but the surroundings were very “industrial,” and the historic centre was still a straight 20‑minute walk away.
