Good hotel with a very good price‑performance ratio. Simple furnishings, but completely sufficient. Beds are good. Very clean. Breakfast is good. Parking available. Dolo (five minutes by car, walking is not really possible) has many restaurants and bars. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended. The rooms are a little noisy, but generally very quiet and the neighbors are usually tired in the evenings. The shower is narrow.

Good hotel with a very good price‑performance ratio. Simple furnishings, but completely sufficient. Beds are good. Very clean. Breakfast is good. Parking available. Dolo (five minutes by car, walking is not really possible) has many restaurants and bars. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended. A very good starting point for tours to Venice (30 minutes outside rush hour), Padua, etc. The ‘basic rooms’ have identical furnishings, but unlike the comfort rooms they lack an elevator and are closer to the street. The shower is narrow. Rooms are noisy. But the neighbors are usually tired in the evenings (older tourists, workers).

I had already used the facility and it confirms a good location for visiting Venice and other nearby art cities without having to make excessive movements.

Arriving at 9 PM, I found no staff at the front desk, so I had to call the hotel. They declined to let me check in because it was already past the check‑in time, turned me away, and told me to find another place on my own. I had to leave at 10 PM to look for accommodation elsewhere.

“Cheap with good breakfast”

I enjoyed the breakfast and the size of the double bed, but it was really difficult to reach the administration, especially on the day of arrival. The external door that was supposed to be opened with a code was always unlocked, making the code useless, and the door was open 24hs, which raises security concerns. The property did not match the published photos, and not in a good way.
