“Never again”
The place was a mess; the night desk staff need a change—passive‑aggressive vibes were unavoidable even though we were not at fault, and the night attendant clearly lacks people skills.

I appreciated how close the hotel was to the event venue, but the bathtub was either not cleaned or badly stained, which was disappointing.

The hotel’s proximity to a restaurant was a plus, yet the room smelled musty and damp, the elevator was broken so we had to carry luggage up, and parking was very limited.

It’s less than 10 minutes from my family, but the staff was only okay; they weren’t very welcoming and never mentioned the pantry where you can get coffee. I only found it the next morning on my own, and it was too late because I was already planning to get coffee when I went out, so I felt someone should have told me about it at check‑in and even shown me where it was.

The rooms are large, clean, and the staff is friendly.
