The room is quite large and convenient, but the soundproofing is bad and it gets noisy when it rains.

The hotel is good, well managed, clean and very well located for those who enjoy the area, but the AC points at the bed, there are no TV channels at all—even Thai—so bring a Prime subscription.

The location was clean, staff were friendly, and the services were solid. Honestly, it was great.

The spot was good, and during a massive rain in Bangkok that lasted 15 years, there was no standing water. I could walk over to the 711 across the street. Great. The daily cleaning was pretty thorough, and the room even had a disposable toothbrush. Such attention to detail at this level isn’t common in Bangkok. It’s better than the old kv hotel next door, no wonder Western tourists are moving in. Life on 81 Alley is still very convenient.
