“Just don't book a room here”
I was impressed by the staff's willingness to help, but unfortunately, my stay was marred by a dirty room that left a lot to be desired. The walls were caked with dirt, and there were noticeable mold spots in the corners. The bathroom was also in a deplorable state, with a lingering smell that made it feel like I was in a smoking area. The sheets were perhaps the worst part - they had unsightly stains all over them, which made me question the hotel's cleaning standards.
