We arrived to find that our room had not been reserved; all rooms were sold out when we got there, which was a huge disappointment. The service was poor, and the management behaved irresponsibly, leaving us feeling helpless. Fortunately, a taxi driver managed to locate a place for us to stay that night.

The room was filthy, full of mosquitoes, and the flash seat cover was broken. There was no lock on the bathroom door, the bed sheet and pillow cover were unclean, and basic hygiene was lacking. No glassware was provided and hot water was off most of the time. After paying, no one answered the phone. It was not a hotel at all.
