How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was very clean, roomy, and had plenty of bathroom supplies; breakfast was acceptable but not extraordinary. The breakfast selection was very limited, the staff were apathetic, and they told me pets were not allowed at reception. When I showed them the ad that said "friendly," they replied that only dogs were allowed, even though no such exception was mentioned. They charge for everything possible, and I would not stay there again because of the poor reception.

Cleanliness and staff were good. The windows do not open, are soundproofed, and lack airflow; the air conditioner is very noisy.

Nothing positive at all. The luxury room was the worst I've ever stayed in—pills were as hard as stone, the room was filthy with hair everywhere, towels were tiny, there was no shower gel, the AC was ancient, and the door was riddled with big holes.
