How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place, price, and the store that is open from 06:00 to 23:00 with everything you need, plus a fridge, kettle, and plenty of parking spots are positives. The room was not very clean, lacked soundproofing, had a frayed curtain and plumbing fixtures, no disposable slippers, the bathroom ventilation let cigarette smoke from a neighboring room in when they smoked there, and you couldn’t always pay by card—only cash.

The wooden cottages, good beds, and relatively clean rooms are positives, but neither the restaurant nor the pool works.

The location, the area is nice and quiet, but the building’s low soundproofing meant you could hear neighbors moving on the second floor; the room was in disrepair, the bathroom needed fixing, the sofa was ripped, and the TV was old… we slept well.

I didn’t get any breakfast, even though the room had a sauna – it was a class, but you have to ask the administrator to turn it on, and we only did that once. The sauna can only be used when the client wants it, and you can’t request it to be turned on; the staff should pay more attention to guests, but two employees were sitting and none of them told us where to go or who we could ask.

The location was convenient on the way to the border and the staff were polite, with reception open 24 hours. Everything was very old and “dead”; the air conditioner worked like a weak fan and offered no cooling. In the bathroom and shower everything functioned (though the morning shower pressure was a thin trickle), but everything was old, with rusty pipes on the walls. The linens were washed but had stains, and the mattress was sagging – we had to find a spot where the springs didn’t creak. It was clear the room had been cleaned, but if everything is old, cleaning won’t make it more comfortable. The building had windows overlooking the highway, so traffic noise was loud. Buildings deeper inside are pricier, but they probably aren’t any more comfortable. The price is ridiculously high. I don’t recommend it. I would never stay here before heading to the border.
