“Safe and comfortable stay with wonderful staff!”
The roof offered absolutely incredible views of the Pyramids! The staff were kind, helpful, and considerate in every way, even going above and beyond when cleaning the room, and they guided us to the nearest ATM and pharmacy when needed. It’s a bit tucked away and some drivers had trouble finding it, but the hotel and staff are excellent!
“Awesome staff, great views”
Amazing staff—helpful and friendly. I’m an inexperienced traveler who didn’t really know what I was doing and they helped arrange everything I needed. My trip would have been a mess without them. To my mind the prices we agreed on were fair, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had not only a great stay but a great vacation overall. Of course the views are unbeatable. Nothing I didn’t like about the hotel, just be aware that you’re staying in an area that can have a lot of city noise and plan accordingly.
The rooms are clean and it’s well located, but DO NOT book any tours/drivers/etc through the hotel. They are not at all upfront with prices (even after I asked for prices multiple times) and I could have gotten far more for my money by booking elsewhere. They will 100% lie to you to make it seem like they are the best/safest option. The lunch price was USD $15. When I arrived, I said I’d love lunch, he asked what I like, I said I eat anything. The food was great! However, when it was time to pay the next day, they tried to charge me USD $30…. for one meal. Had to go back and forth about how I would only pay the price that is listed online. He came up with various excuses “it’s a big portion” “you didn’t ask for the menu”… I didn’t know there was a menu, I wasn’t offered one, I simply figured I could get a meal for the price listed online (which is already triple the price of a meal anywhere else in the neighborhood.) I booked the pyramids tour through them and assumed a guide was included… I had to ask for them to send one. If you book anywhere else, entrance fees and a guide/driver are included without you having to ask. You really should be able to trust hotel staff to not rip you off, but as a girl alone, I felt like I was being taken advantage of constantly
We had a wonderful stay. The team here is very welcoming and goes above and beyond to help. The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and everything works perfectly. We felt safe, comfortable, and completely cared for. Choosing this hotel was the best decision of the trip. Thank you for making our vacation special
One thing that completely stole my heart about this hotel is the attention to the smallest details. Even the setting made me feel as if I were inside a museum! The glass sarcophagus with the mummy, surrounded by hieroglyphs, gives the whole place grandeur and history. I truly felt as if I were in Egypt, not just in a hotel. Huge applause to the management for this elegant and tasteful touch.
