I scored it 1.0/10: free morning coffee and the staff were pleasant enough, but I was stuck in a roach‑infested room, had to buy traps that didn’t help even though they killed tons of roaches, received a message that they would spray only my room a couple of days later, and the room was never cleaned the whole stay.

I gave it 10.0/10 because I was happy with the staff, the room, the comfort of the bed and pillows, and the room was clean and smelled good; I understood that some guests aren’t clean, so there were a few roaches, but otherwise the stay was good.
