Communication and instructions on how to enter the property were excellent, the location was convenient for shops, buses and a short walk to a lovely bay by the sea (Bocadasee); the rooms stayed spotlessly clean and quiet at night, the air‑conditioning was very good, the coffee vending machine outside the room was a good idea, and the manager was friendly and helpful; nothing to complain about, perfect for my trip.

The location was fine, yet the building was in the middle of major renovations, making it impossible to sleep after 8 am, and the spring mattress was terrible—something that hadn’t been an issue for a long time. We had to leave a day early because the noise and uncomfortable bedding were unbearable. We expect a commercial gesture from our landlord, to whom we raised the issue but received no reply. Booking should monitor the property more closely, as we were never warned about the building’s work.
