The spot was great, but the price on the site didn't match what the owner tried to charge us. He said the online rate was per person per night and pulled out numbers that didn't line up, so after a bit of back‑and‑forth we ended up paying a little more and then got almost no attention. The shower barely warmed up and gave me a shock when I tried to turn the head. The mattress was old and sagging, the door didn't lock from the inside, and the shared bathroom never got cleaned.

Miguel was super friendly, breakfast was included, the place is well‑located, and overall it's good value for the money.

The patio is gorgeous, the spot is convenient, and it's just a five‑minute uphill walk to the hilltop restaurants. Pack light because it's a steep climb from the ferry. The rooms and bathrooms are basic, but you get tea, bread, jam, butter, and an egg for breakfast. There are donkeys around. The only downside was a big tree blocking the mountain view.

The view from the room and terrace is fantastic, the bed was super comfy and the blankets kept me warm. The shower was clean but only lukewarm.
