“Excelente hotel, regresamos de todas maneras.”
The atmosphere was very pleasant with a beach view; the restaurant was lovely and the rooms were comfortable, quiet and well‑maintained. We did not have good internet in the room.

The room was spacious, the pool was perfect and right on the beach, but the bathroom was far too small for four people.

The location was pretty decent overall, but if we’d had a room on the beach side it probably wouldn’t have been as noisy, especially with all the loud cars cruising down Collins Avenue. The breakfast buffet was great, and the view from the restaurant was nice, and the mattresses were really good. The air‑conditioning and fridge made so much noise that we had to turn them off, and the bathroom could have been a bit larger.
Excellent service, great location and the food was spectacular.

The staff offered partial solutions and the hotel sits right in front of the beach with easy public transport access. The rooms were filthy: a used towel was left in ours as soon as we checked in, and later we had a bathroom issue. We switched rooms the next day, which was an upgrade, but it was even dirtier; dust and particles were obvious even after housekeeping, and our feet turned black after a few steps on the floor. There were no nice restaurants nearby, and it took at least 30 minutes to reach south or mid beach.
