I liked the place and its surroundings, but breakfast was slow to arrive and the food quality didn’t live up to my expectations.

“Preis-Leistung nicht gegeben”

The facility and room were very nice and modern, with a great sea view and pool. For the price, the overall service should have been better. The staff seemed overwhelmed; for example, we never received what we ordered for breakfast and were even accused when we politely requested it. There were apparently 12 or more staff, yet we were the only guests, so it felt like we were being watched and the mood was odd. Restaurant and activity prices were high, and the food itself wasn’t very tasty.

“Ruhige Platz aber auf keinen Fall erholsam und sauber zum Bleiben”

The quiet location was a plus, but we booked for four nights and decided to leave after the first day. The villa‑beachfront was in bad condition, the kitchen was poorly equipped, the bathroom was small and somewhat dirty, and the bedrooms were tiny with no wardrobe. The building was supposedly under renovation, so the villa shouldn’t have been available. We were very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

“This little gem exceeded our expectations.”

We spent five nights in January 2026 with two adults and two kids (16 and 9). The resort met every family need: a small complex with beach access, a pool, and a restaurant that served us as a base to explore Santander, Samboan, and Ginatilan, visiting waterfalls and snorkeling spots. What set it apart was the customer service—breakfast and dinner were always on time, high quality, and flavorful; receptionists attended to us, and cleaning staff responded promptly. The room was spacious, with a high ceiling and a sliding glass door opening onto the pool area; the shower and toilet were well sized, water pressure and temperature were good, and the air‑conditioning kept the room cool. Fresh towels and plenty of hanging racks on the balcony were provided. We also enjoyed beach lounging during the day and the lobby at night. The resort surpassed our expectations so much that our youngest wanted to stay longer.

“Has potential”

The staff were great and the location is very close to the port. Rooms were clean. The food was far below average and takes forever. 3/4 of the menu items were unavailable. The staff precook the breakfast in the morning and wrap it in plastic until you ask for it. Cold and inedible. Beds are hard but the sheets are soft. Water pressure was terrible
