How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I stayed right on the pedestrian zone, so every restaurant was practically next door. However, every guest who booked a room apparently never received the key code; I helped four new arrivals who ran into this issue. The contact number listed in the information sheet no longer works.

The location was really good and the price was quite cheap, but the check‑in was clunky: we never received a PIN by email, no one answered the various phone numbers, and only after another guest let us into the hotel did we find a working mobile number. The room was noticeably smaller than advertised, shabby, and dirty, leaving us feeling uncomfortable.

The historic building is impressive and the room itself is appealing. Free hotel parking is available, and in our case the stay was very inexpensive.

The location is central and there’s a free parking spot nearby. The mattress was fine, and the medieval vibe of the place was nice. A burger joint and a pizzeria are just around the corner.
