The only good thing was the location. My first room flooded when we entered, caused by the air conditioner. We were moved to a lower‑quality room, found dead bugs on the floor, and the shower curtain didn’t reach the bottom, so the bathroom flooded. Wi‑Fi didn’t work and I was told to drive to the lobby for staff to activate it on my devices. The walls were thin and I could hear everyone around us. Front‑desk staff weren’t friendly, the TV was cracked, and the website photos were very misleading.

The bears were a highlight. The rooms could have been better.

The view was amazing. The shower needed a lower liner to keep water from spilling onto the floor and becoming slippery, and there were mold spots on it.

The location is nice. The shower leaked water all over the floor, the refrigerator barely worked, and the ceiling was peeling and looked like it had mold.
