How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was great, close to a Subway, many restaurants, coffee shops, mini‑markets, and a bar. The 5th floor was quiet and the room temperature was warm. Cleaning needs improvement; the sheets had many dirt stains and there was dust on the floor.

The hotel is close to the metro and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed firm, plus free water was provided. However, there was no storage for luggage after checkout, so I was stuck with large bags for hours.

There was no iron when I asked for one, the check‑in was late at 6 pm and I had to leave early at 12 pm.

The bed was very comfortable, the location of the hotel was very good, and the room was spacious and large. The cleaning was not very good; hair from other guests kept appearing on the floor, drawers, bed, and even between the clean sheets.
