when i asked for towels they gave me which suppose to be there. they have a free parking space Room wise is very good. I booked for 7 person and when we arrived no towels at all. I asked why theres no towel and they said they are fully booked and they waiting for laundry. which i dont understand they know we are coming and theres no blanket as well. only when i asked they gave and 2 towels at first. Also they didnt inform us9 how can we have a complimentary breakfast. no communication. most of the staff i notice just using phone instead of accomodating the customer. and also the bed is itchy.I didnt sleep properly. the swimming pool looks dirty. there are so many bugs in the water and sands

The beachfront location was great, but there was a lack of lighting in front of the resort and the facilities needed an update.

Nothing was good—never again! We booked 4D/3N but only stayed 2 nights, didn't even get a refund for the extra day, had to transfer to another resort because we couldn't stand it, barely slept, got many bed‑bug bites, the air‑con was awful, the room was dirty, the pool was too dirty to swim in, the food was bad, and it was a real waste of money.
