How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There was lots of confusion over the ability of the electric outlets; suggest a small sign somewhere in the room as a reminder to switch on the lights before plugging in. The pillows were all too hard, and the mirror in the room was really dirty. The cleaning staff and breakfast attendant were all very pleasant. I don’t like how the rate increased so much over the weekend.

The property was nice and the staff were nice. We were on the 3rd floor, and the noise from the next room was loud. The other issue was road noise from the cars going by, heard all night. Sorry but you lost a customer.

The place was tidy, clean, and easy to reach from 81, and I liked the pool and the breakfast.

The hotel was well-equipped, the breakfast was plentiful and fresh, the gym had everything needed, and the staff were very friendly. However, one bed was full of small hairs, which didn’t bother us much since we were already sharing a room.
