The breakfast was minimal, and there was a cannabis smell in the main corridor areas; the remote side doors either didn’t work or were left open.

The location was great and the bedding and towels looked clean, but the room wasn’t ready when I arrived well after check‑in time; I was told to wait 10 minutes for it to be finished because they were fully booked, and when I mentioned I had a pet (I chose this hotel for being pet friendly), a different room was assigned. That room seemed okay at first glance but was clearly a dog‑owner room: the fabric chair was covered in dog hair, the carpet was dirty, there were human hairs on the toilet and bathroom vanity, the shower head was gross, the wall‑mounted hair dryer lay on the counter, only 2 of the 4 bathroom light bulbs worked, and housekeeping was only available upon request during our 3‑night stay.

The rooms were nice and had everything we needed, but they weren’t the cleanest, there was no elevator, and the building layout was confusing.
