Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of expectations in several areas, including temperature control, communication, and amenities. While the room was spacious, the issues with the air conditioning, lack of English-speaking staff, and broken coffee machine marred the experience. The hotel's bar and lobby were also underwhelming.

While I was generally pleased with the value for money I received at this hotel, I did feel that the staff could have been more helpful in communicating with me, particularly since I was an international customer. Overall, my stay was a positive one, but I do think that the hotel could improve in this area.
