The bathroom lights are dimmable—genius! The bathroom is spacious, the beds are super comfortable, and the pillows are great. The heating/cooling system works well, and I appreciated the free water. The café makes excellent lattes, and the woman from El Salvador at reception was wonderful. Nothing else to add.

The location was great and everyone was super nice, but the dog fee was disappointing. When I booked, the fee wasn’t listed, and after calling I was told it was $125. Upon arrival I was told it was actually $150, though they honored the $125 figure from the phone. My room cost $229, so the pet fee felt like over half the room rate. When I asked what it covered, I was told nothing beyond a small dog bed and bowls, which makes the fee feel excessive, especially since I’m not getting a larger room.

The place is gorgeous—modern yet cozy, not just glass and chrome. Every corner invites you to relax. They even lit the fire pit and brought us AKB right there. The whole vibe makes me want to extend my stay. I couldn't find anything I disliked.

The spot was ideal—right in Old Town's center. Sophia at reception was professional, friendly, and helped us move to a new room when the air conditioner in ours failed. The fitness center was nice, and they provided soap. Nothing else.
