The place is really well‑kept – the rooms are tidy and there are plenty of bathrooms. Too bad the pool was under maintenance, so I never got to take a dip. Overall a nice spot, just missed the swimming option.

The vibe around the property is decent, but honestly everything else left a lot to be desired. I walked away feeling underwhelmed.

The rooms were comfortable and the atmosphere pleasant, which made it a solid base for anyone catching a flight; it’s also close to the bus station. One thing that could improve the stay is giving guests a key or a simple code to get in and out, instead of relying on a password system.

The owner didn’t really meet my expectations – there was something missing in the service. Just a quick hello, nothing more to add.

The owner and her son were super welcoming and walked me through everything; the whole place, inside and out, was spotless and well‑organized. I wish I’d had more time to use the pool, but even with a short stay it felt like the perfect spot to stay in Palmas.
