Being out in the middle of the jungle, reachable only by boat, felt like a complete digital detox. The crew were genuinely friendly and attentive, and the excursions we took were genuinely exciting. The only gripe is that there’s no direct footpath from the lodge, so you’re stuck with the boat every time you want to go out.
