The hotel is beautiful, the staff are great, and the location superb. The surroundings are very quiet, making it perfect for watching the early‑morning balloons from the roof terrace. No complaints – everything was excellent.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and eager to help, and the room was one of the best – a Junior Suite. I recommend this hotel for the view and the conditions offered. The breakfast wasn’t very diverse.

The location of the hotel is great. The rooftop has nice views of the balloons. Breakfast starts at 8am but the balloons finish at 7ish, it would be great to start breakfast at 7.30am instead of having almost 1h in between. We used the minibar for 2 waters and 4 soft drinks. We paid the remaining amount at check out (1.400TL), just after that we ordered another soft drink at the pool bar and the waitress charged us 150TL for 1 soft drink, we felt like the receptionist over charged us cause numbers don't line up. Just make sure you double check prices before paying
