The menu offered a wide range and the quality is very good. It gives a resort‑like feel with nice architecture, landscaped surroundings, a children’s play area, ample parking, and excellent staff that keeps the place neat and clean. In the last six months I’ve stayed twice at this hotel and plan to stay here whenever I visit Salem. Thanks Team Radisson Blu. The only concern I initially had was that the hotel is close to a national highway, causing air quality issues. But on the other three sides of the hotel there are vast agricultural fields surrounded by lush mountains, helping the air quality. Additionally, the hotel’s excellent centralized A/C works very well and provides clean air both inside the room and in common areas, so the stay was very pleasant.

I had requested a GST invoice for the room rent and incidentals. Better clarity on why the GST invoice couldn’t be provided. The website is difficult. Couldn’t call and make a direct reservation.
