We stayed at Hotel El from 28 July to 1 August. The only positives were the air conditioning, a fairly comfortable and large bed, and that the room appeared reasonably clean upon arrival. What disappointed us was the service: the room only had disposable shampoo, soap, and towels—no bathrobes, slippers, or toothbrushes, which should be standard for a hotel of this level. Cleaning was almost nonexistent; we were told that wet cleaning occurs every 2–3 days, but even after we asked, staff only mopped the floor and took out the trash. Towels weren’t replaced, the used shampoo and soap weren’t restocked, and the bedding was never changed during our stay. The bathroom was very small and inconvenient, with little space for our belongings and a mirror positioned awkwardly, especially for women who need to get ready. Overall, it felt like no one monitored the room after check‑in. For the price, we expected at least basic service and daily cleanliness, so I can’t recommend this hotel.

The location was great; we arrived from the airport and were checked in at night. We had a two‑room suite, perfect for a family, and both adults and kids felt comfortable.
