How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I've stayed at the Bong Sen Hotel multiple times, and while it's always been a pleasant experience, the maintenance has been a major letdown. The lift has been out of order for months, and the electric hot water heater in the bathroom is leaking, which is a serious safety concern. Despite these issues, the hotel's staff and location are still top-notch.

The hotel was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which was a nice change of pace.

The hotel was incredibly quiet, which was a major plus for me.

Unfortunately, there wasn't much to like about this place. The maintenance was severely lacking, the lifts hadn't worked in ages, and to top it off, there was lizard poop all over our room. It was a pretty grim experience.

The hotel's lack of a lift and poorly lit corridors made for a pretty bleak experience. The room itself was clean, but that's about it. It's a shame, really, because the location is great.
