A quiet and cozy place! Our car broke down in the morning and we couldn't get there in time for breakfast, yet they served us with all the care and attention.

The breakfast on the second day was one of the highlights of the stay. On the first day, however, we arrived around 8:29 and found the door locked with no one to attend to us. Since we were counting on the lodge’s breakfast, we had to go into town to eat, and when we returned around 11:00, breakfast was already being served. Despite that hiccup, we managed to have a coffee and my wife had a juice. We were disappointed mainly because the photos shown on Booking created a different expectation from what we experienced upon arrival. The first room offered was behind the breakfast area and did not match what we imagined from the listing. We almost decided to leave the lodge, but the attendant Alan was very attentive, listened to our situation, and managed, together with the team, to provide another room. We recognize Alan’s attitude, but the room provided was also very simple and extremely damp. We believe that greater transparency in the photos and accommodation information would have avoided this type of frustration.

The place. The bathtub was leaking water.

The team was amazing, helping with everything we needed. The room was wonderful, super clean and cozy. Breakfast was fantastic. It’s set in nature, just the sounds of wildlife and far from chaos. The shower water was hard to regulate; it was very hot and when I tried to cool it down, the water would freeze. Also, there’s a short walk to reach the accommodation.
