The location is wonderful, the grounds are well‑kept, and there are many photo spots. There is a separate kids’ area with attractions. In the evening the lighting is beautiful, giving the sense that you’re in a fairy tale.

The grounds, kitchen, and breakfasts are delicious, and the atmosphere is great. There was some repair work in the neighboring room.

The grounds are well cared for, the fairy‑tale lighting, towering oak trees, a warm pool, sauna and hammam, a luxurious breakfast, and live music in the evening.

Living in the forest felt magical, the food was tasty, the heated pool was great, there were wonderful kids’ zones, a mini‑fun park, and a nanny‑run playroom. The parking was huge. My room was cozy with a forest view, and I loved the little bath set for kids in the shower.

The location is incredibly beautiful, and the hotel is clearly family‑friendly, which is a big plus. The room was quite clean, tidy, and nice. The caretaker in the kids’ room was a real delight! The breakfast buffet had a good variety. On weekends the kids’ playground offered free rides on the attractions, which was pleasantly surprising. The warm pool is well supervised, there are bikes to ride around the property, and the spa is a nice place to relax. The only downside was a bit of noise, especially when guests in the restaurant shouted near the windows around 11 pm. The price/quality of the restaurant dishes was uneven. The semi‑lux room felt a bit small. A ring fell into the sink by accident, the drain plug was unscrewed, and judging by its appearance it hadn’t been washed for a long time. After cleaning, one of the clean glasses was found in the bathroom; we hope it was just left there by mistake, not mixed up with the dirty water faucet. The dirty dishes were a recurring problem: sometimes they were not taken out at all, sometimes only partially (only 2 glasses and 2 cups with saucers).
