I am writing to respectfully request a free cancellation and refund for our booking from July 14 to August 1. But no response even though we agree both side Room Capacity and Suitability Before booking, we messaged and confirmed that we are 2 adults and 1 child, a family, and cannot book separate rooms. You sent us the link and confirmed the room was ready. Upon arrival at 10-11am, we were informed that only 2 people are allowed and that adding 1 child would cost an additional 1,000,000 IDR. but he said not allowed he said need to add 1 room, but we are family husband wife and son We understand your policy, but we also found that the room is too small for us. As a BMX rider family, we travel with 2 bike bags, 2 luggage, and 3 hand carry backpacks. Even for 2 adults, the room would be very tight. For 3 people with our equipment, it would not be comfortable for us or for you as the host. we will not be fit plus the bed is not real bed only "PALETA" With FOAM small twin size We proposed to stay for just 1 night to find another place, but that was also not allowed. We had no choice but to coordinate with the BMX race organizers on the spot so we could stay at the track for 1 night while we look for new place. before we leave we make sure to make things clear and u said click cancel so you can refund plus we offer to pay at least 2 night since we book 18days if you just told me honestly that were not fit on that 1 room 1 will not book on the link u said here in bookingcom, plus when we arrive he really not nice because he keeps on hiding on his room and not talking to us properly, we always need to call him out, very unprofessional, he gets mad easily and leave us outside
