The location was excellent, the small pool was nice, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were well equipped and pretty. The ferry to Iconsiam can be reached on foot (about 15 min) or by the free hotel tuk‑tuk. The downside was that the shower water kept changing temperature and didn’t stay constant.

Overall it was good, nothing to nitpick; the sofa in the room was comfy, breakfast was pretty tasty, and at check‑out the hotel offered a car rental to the airport, which was a nice touch. Aside from the dust on the cabinets above the bar, the floor was very clean—I walked around barefoot. The hotel arranged a connecting room for us, but the soundproofing was poor; only one door could be locked, the other had to be jammed with a suitcase to close. The shower noise and toilet flushing were loud, so when my companion showered I was attacked by noise in the room. Also, the cabinets above the small bar were dusty! The elevator had no air conditioning or fan, almost suffocating.

Our bedroom, a junior suite, was incredible. The bath view was the best ever!

The room was pleasant, spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The pool on floor 16 offers an urban city view and a nearby beach. There’s also a nice, colorful bar/restaurant on floor 25. They allowed us a late check‑out for an extra fee, but only after repeated requests from us.
