I couldn't praise this place in Aldea El Hawaii enough—staff were incredibly friendly, rooms were immaculate, and the vistas were stunning. Álvaro Paredes on the team was the one who explained everything to us and his recommendation made us book, which turned out to be a brilliant choice. We’ll definitely return!

“Buena estadía pero mal servicio de restaurante”

Muy mala atención del personal de mesas y cocina la comida es cara y la sirven fría y se tardan de 45 minutos a 1 hora aproximadamente. El personal de restaurante atienden con mala actitud la comida es muy cara para lo que sirven comida de mala calidad fría y aproximadamente se tardan 45min. A 1 hora en servir muy mal servicio por lo demás todo bien
