“Sehr zu empfehlen fü einen Kurztripp, Boltenhagen ist ein toller TiPPPPP”
Everything was just perfect, absolutely fantastic. No problems at all! The elevator is in an old historic building, but the movement feels good.

The friendly staff and the vegetarian breakfast were nice, and the location and accommodation look very appealing and inviting to stay. Unfortunately, many negative aspects dominate the atmosphere. The beds are stone‑hard and the comfort leaves a lot to be desired; the rooms are sparsely furnished, feel too large at times, and lack inspiration. The TV is very small, and the rooms in the outer area are echo‑prone. Cleanliness could be better here and there – we found several silverfish. There is no fridge in the room and the room service only comes on request. Guests are asked to tidy up themselves.

We used the accommodation for one night as a sleeping quarter because we were at a family celebration. It is somewhat remote and the Wi‑Fi is not very stable, but we were delighted with our room and the outstanding breakfast and can imagine coming back to relax. The grounds offer several leisure options, and if you’re looking for peace and recovery, you’ll definitely find it here.

It was very nice, especially quiet. Great breakfast.

We’ve been here several times before and everything has always been to our full satisfaction. This time, we initially didn’t get a room (very small) that matched the size and condition promised by the pictures. Room 1 also lacked a TV. After we mentioned this to the young man at the restaurant, he handled it very nicely and customer‑oriented, and we received room 7, where everything was tip‑top. The next morning, the receptionist explained in her own way, in what I saw as an acclimatisation‑required tone: the TV in room 1 would be in the wardrobe, you could pull it out, and the pictures are just examples. Of course, now I understand. When I recently picked up my Polo from VW, the radio was also in the trunk for self‑assembly, and instead of the ordered VW Golf I only received a Polo, but the salesman explained that the car pictures were just examples. Addendum: the next night in the annex was again perfect. See separate review. The reception lady, in my view, struggles with the term and execution of customer satisfaction and customer orientation.
