The staff is super friendly, but I struggled to fall asleep because I could hear the neighbours, who were quite loud; my bed was properly made on day 2.

The location is great—we could walk to Florida Road, which was really awesome for us, and the staff were really friendly and helpful, which was lovely! The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze; it would be really great to have a towel rack to hang underwear and face cloths there. Waiting at the gate for someone to open or close it—maybe look into investing a remote control for each room? Sometimes had to ring the bell (if you were outside) or try to find someone to let you out (if no one was at reception). There were some cockroaches in our room and some of the linen was a bit torn too.
