Our stay was absolutely wonderful, and a special thanks to Prabhakar, Samadhan, Kundan, and Aarti from housekeeping for keeping our room spotless and fresh throughout; the food was delicious with a great variety of fresh dishes served daily, and overall service and hospitality were fantastic.

The ambience, greenery, and staff were positive, but they charged for water bottles and Coke at twice the rate, which the court says is not allowed; arguing with them was futile. We booked three rooms, two of which were bad, and after follow‑up they only swapped one room.

The location was good for a quiet stay, but one has to waste a lot of water before hot water comes out of the tap, which needs urgent attention; we can’t afford to waste so much water even if we pay for it, especially in winter and monsoon when guests need hot water, and after a swim. If I return, I’ll check if these changes have been made.
