I was hit with a moldy odor and the staff were unpleasant. The nightly screams from other guests were unbearable, and I couldn’t sleep. We arrived after a flight, so we stayed, but if I could, I’d have left in the middle of the night.

Nothing matched my booking; the hotel was dilapidated and the photos were misleading—no pool, no restaurant, total scam. I’m a loyal customer and this is unacceptable; please refund me partially. The room was wrecked, the tinted windows couldn’t be opened, and the staff were aggressive.

I showed up to find the hotel shut down, and was told to head 'up the road' to No.88, a separate hotel. When I got there, they claimed they had my reservation but wouldn’t give me a room. I explained I had no other place to stay and would end up on the beach, but the staff just shrugged. Their conduct was absolutely abominable. I can’t fathom how both Ocean 'Spa' and No.88 are licensed to operate in Tel Aviv.
