The central location was good, with a supermarket and restaurants nearby, close to Termini station, and the place was clean; however, the room was small, making it hard to move around with large luggage, and there was no kitchen or fridge.

La ubicación es perfecta. En 15/20 min andando llegas al centro, barrio con ambiente nocturno, cerquita de la estación de tren. El apartamento estaba limpio, no le faltaba detalle y la cama era cómoda. Al ir entre semana no había mucho ruido en el exterior, así que pudimos descansar sin problema. El dueño nos facilitó las indicaciones para entrar, todo bien explicado. Lo cual le agradezco. En caso de volver a Roma no dudaré en coger este sitio. Recomendable 100%

The location was good, but the room was one of several guest rooms in a shared apartment that hosts multiple travelers—a setup that wasn’t clear from the listing. A persistent plumbing or sewage‑like odor filled the room throughout our stay, and the shower had visible mold and needed better maintenance. These issues made the experience uncomfortable and affected our overall stay. I hope the property can address them, as it has the potential for a much better experience for future guests.
