“Wonderful stay with a warm and welcoming host.”

The spot is perfect, just a short stroll to Mestia’s old town. The rooms were super comfy with cozy beds, and both the rooms and the bathroom were tastefully decorated. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and friendly. Normally the kitchen isn’t available to guests, but our lovely host let us use it to make breakfast, which we really appreciated. The view from our window over the historic Svan towers was a wonderful bonus that made the stay even more memorable. Communication was easy, and Google Translate was more than enough whenever needed. We had two rooms and were the only guests, so we practically had the whole apartment to ourselves. The only thing we missed was a few more chairs in the common living area outside the rooms, as well as a larger supply of cutlery, cups, and glasses. Other than that, everything was excellent.

“Goed verblijf. Aangename tuin en balkon.”

A pleasant lady. There’s a balcony and it’s nice to sit in the garden. The room is cozy. I was allowed to use the washing machine. Maybe a bit too few kitchen facilities. A little far from the center, uphill, but a good spot for a walk.

It’s good that the room has a private bathroom. You can hear the neighbors, no soundproofing at all. It was awkward to enter the guesthouse because the reception isn’t clear in the courtyard; below the building is the area where the owners live, and when I went there I saw kids instead of the owner, which was uncomfortable.

“Příjemné ubytování blízko centra”

We slept best here in all of Georgia – the beds were comfortable, which we appreciated especially after previous experiences with too soft mattresses. A nice bonus is the shared kitchenette where you can have breakfast, make tea or coffee. During our stay we booked two rooms and the third remained vacant, so the accommodation was quiet. Parking was free on the street right next to the lodging. It’s necessary to get used to showering without a curtain – water then spreads throughout the bathroom. We’ve encountered this setup in other places in Georgia.

The location was ideal, not too far from the center, yet quiet enough to sleep. Good mattresses. Coffee, tea, and a kettle in a tidy space. Nothing else.
