“A fantastic and luxurious getaway.”
The location sits right in the middle of several neighborhoods, and learning how to use the room lights and shades took a little time, but once I got the hang of it they worked great.

The location and finishes were great, but the view from the room was disappointing.

I booked a suite and it was beyond amazing—cleanliness, pampering, and decor were indescribable, and I actually had to book my stay twice because it was that extraordinary.

This hotel is a real gem, with an elegant and beautiful design that's hard to resist. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. My only gripe is that the pastries at breakfast could be improved - they were a bit of a letdown, especially considering the amazing bakeries in Mexico. Still, the rest of the menu was delicious, and I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay.

The hotel's spacious and stylish room was a real highlight, with an enormous window offering a fantastic view. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. However, the dinner menu was pretty average and the breakfast and dinner service was painfully slow. To top it off, the soundproofing between rooms was pretty poor, so you could hear everything going on next door.
