The hotel’s location is very good, the room equipment meets needs, the balcony view is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the parking is convenient, yet the worst part of the visit is the low‑quality breakfast—not just the food itself but how it was served: plates were set on a dirty windowsill, insects were flying, the dishes weren’t replenished, the seating was awkward, loud music blasted in the dining hall, rooms were not clean, and the corridors were permanently stained.
