Excellent stay, the bed was comfortable with a good mattress, and the view of Boulevard Gálvez was great. Breakfast was definitely the highlight – everything was made on the spot, high quality, and à la carte. The reception staff were very attentive to all my information requests. The dining area is full of options, so there are good choices for lunch or dinner, and they’re about to open a restaurant inside the hotel, which is a plus.

The terrace and the location were great, but the receptionist and the breakfast manager seemed annoyed by the high occupancy during the South American Games, clearly lacking tourism training.

The location, security, and staff service were solid, and I slept very well, yet there was no light on the desk unit for makeup, forcing me to use the bathroom and making it awkward because I had no place to set my items.

Breakfast and the attention of all the staff were positive. There is no parking, the room faced the street and was very noisy, and we couldn't sleep all night.
