The photos don’t match the site’s facilities. We ended up canceling the reservation when we arrived.

“Horroroso. El peor hotel que hemos estado en Colombia.”

Nothing good. The worst hotel we’ve been to in Colombia. We found four cockroaches in the room and hair on the sheets. The light had no bulb, there was no hot water in the shower, and the worst part was the noise from the air‑conditioning units in the same hallway, making all the doors vibrate. It was so loud and vibrated like a boat. The photos look much better, but it’s actually very run‑down and old. The price is absolutely disproportionate for what you get. Don’t go.
