The hotel has a great setup, everything is well maintained and the space is large. We stayed here again and didn’t think twice about doing it again, confident it would be as good as the first time. However we were disappointed with the value, especially the food. You can’t bring in outside food, yet the menu options are poor. We felt stuck because when you’re in a leisure setting and want to relax, finding food outside the hotel can be impractical. Portions are expensive for their size and quality, seasoning is bad, and there are no good lunch or dinner options. The beer we bought wasn’t cold enough. If guests can’t bring anything, offer a good experience! When the experience is good, the price can be higher but worth it. Now charging a lot for low quality is unfair. Another point that doesn’t make sense to me is the checkout at 12 pm while the pool opens at 10 pm and the kids’ pool at 11 pm. There’s no reason for that. It limits guests from enjoying what they’ve already paid for. The facilities are beautiful, but they could make them more enjoyable for guests, serve better portions, craft drinks, have a buffet, live music; guests consume for pleasure and that’s automatically positive for the hotel.

“Perfeito”

The hotel was fantastic in every way, with staff who were always helpful and polite; Eliezer from the lounge area made a big difference in the service, really excellent and premium. The cleaning and organization could use improvement.
